Three finalist teams of Cass MBA students, Spark, ITP Consulting and T10 competed in the Grand Final of this year’s Challenge at the Hall on Monday 25th November. They presented to a panel of expert judges from the Tallow Chandlers’ Company, FOSFA International, Cass Business School and BP.

Spark were chosen as the winning team and awarded the Tallow Chandlers silver trophy for their presentation which answered the question:

What would you describe as the key attributes of successful organisations today and how would you instil these into the DNA of a major corporation like BP? BP is driving a significant modernisation and transformation (M&T) agenda across the company to make it competitive and fit for the future. The three pillars of BPs M&T strategy are agility, mindset and digital. As BP looks externally and recognises the increasing pace of change in every aspect of its ecosystem the leadership are exploring what will it take to be successful in the future.

The Judges: Mr Martin Farrow, Past President FOSFA International, Dr Brian Gilvary, Chief Financial Officer BP and Mr Anthony Green, the Master.
