Tallow Chandlers
Medical students from Barts & The London School of Medicine and Dentistry enjoyed supper at the Hall with the Master and members of the Company on 5th March. The students were awarded bursaries to study for intercalated degrees in specialist subjects such as experimental pathology, emergency medicine and neuroscience.
The Master presented the Health & Social Care Award to Ann Peters (centre) at the City & Guilds Livery Company Prizes Ceremony at Mansion House on 2nd March.
Now in their 42nd year, the Tallow Chandlers Awards to BP Technologists and Apprentices recognise individuals who show outstanding performance both inside the company and outside it in their own communities.
